CREW TRAINING AND RECORDS
Crew training and records, in the same place as your aircraft records.
Recurrent ground training built from your own GOM, SOP and training program. Base months, grace months, exams and signatures tracked for every crewmember, ready for your POI.

- 49 courses drafted from one Part 135 operator's own GOM, SOP and training program
- 45 curricula mapped to that program, from basic indoc to check airman
- 135.323(b) base month and grace month rules applied to every crewmember
- 14 days from your manuals to crew taking courses, history included
COURSES FROM YOUR MANUALS
Your procedures, taught as written.
Upload a chapter of your GOM or SOP. Radar drafts the lessons, review questions and final exam from your text, with the page cited on every question. Your check airman reviews and publishes. Most operators go live in under two weeks.
BUILT FOR CREWS
Training pilots finish on the first sitting.
A clean reading view on any screen, adjustable text, review questions with the reason behind each answer, and an Ask an Instructor button on every page. Crews pick up where they left off.
ASSESSMENT
Exams an inspector will accept.
Question pools drawn at random, answer order shuffled, optional time limits, attempt limits and a signed attestation before the exam. Missed questions are corrected to 100% before credit is recorded. Minimum study time per page and per course, so a 60 minute supervisor course means 60 minutes.
14 CFR 135.323(b)
Base months that never drift.
Recurrent windows open the month before the due month and close at the end of the month after. Finish inside the window and the base month holds. Reminders go out at 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day, and managers get a weekly list of anyone in grace or lapsed.
ONE RECORD PER CREWMEMBER
Online, ground school, simulator and checks in one transcript.
Log instructor-led training, simulator events, 135.293, 297 and 299 checks next to every online course, each signed by the instructor. Corrections void the old entry with a reason. Nothing is deleted. Print a transcript or export the matrix in one click.
FAA AND AUDITORS
Give your POI a login that expires.
Inspectors and auditors get read-only access for as long as you set: the qualification matrix, every transcript, course content and exam banks. Every view is logged. Exports are formatted for IS-BAO, ARGUS, Wyvern and insurer reviews.

DESIGN PARTNER
Built with Craft Charter.
Craft flies Challenger 300 and 350 jets under Part 135 out of Opa-locka and was already using Radar for its aircraft records. Its training program, GOM, SOP, security, drug and alcohol, and maintenance manuals became the first course set on Radar Training: 49 courses and 45 curricula, reviewed by Craft before any crewmember sees them.

Will my POI accept online ground training?
Online delivery is part of your approved training program, the same way it is with any vendor. We give you the program language for the online segments and the records description your FSDO asks for, and we work through it with you.
Can you keep electronic training records for a Part 135 certificate?
Yes. Each record carries the trainee, the training, the date, hours, result and the instructor signature, with an audit trail and an integrity hash. We provide the documentation for your electronic recordkeeping approval.
How long does it take to go live?
Most operators are live in under two weeks: one week to draft and review courses from your manuals, a few days to import history and invite the crew.
Do you have a standard course library?
Yes: CRM, SMS, hazmat will-not-carry, security, drug and alcohol for employees and supervisors, winter operations, international procedures and more. Each one can be adjusted to your manuals.
Who on my team uses it?
The Director of Training or Chief Pilot builds the program and watches the matrix, check airmen sign events and answer questions, and every crewmember takes their training on a phone, tablet or laptop.
Does it work for Part 91 flight departments and IS-BAO?
Yes. Set your own intervals per course and position, and the same records and exports cover IS-BAO audits and insurer reviews.
