Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256. Documents, the structured records we extract, and their metadata are protected from the moment they reach our systems.

Access controls

Access to your fleet's records is role-based and scoped to your organization. You decide who on your team can view, edit, or export records — and exactly what an outside party (an auditor, appraiser, bank, or vendor) sees when you choose to share.

Infrastructure

Radar runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with isolated environments, automated backups, and continuous monitoring. We apply least-privilege access across our systems and review it regularly.

Document handling

Uploaded documents — logbooks, manuals, STCs, and FAA docs — are processed in secure pipelines. Originals are preserved alongside the records we extract, so you always keep the source of truth.
