The service

Radar provides a platform to digitize, search, and share aircraft maintenance records. We may update or improve the service over time, and these terms apply to your use of it.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of users you invite. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Your data

The records and content you upload remain yours. You grant Radar the rights needed to host, process, index, and display that content to provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to upload and share the records you add.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it improperly.

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

• Don't use the service to violate applicable laws or regulations.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Radar available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Radar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Radar is a records platform and does not replace your obligations to maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records.
