ACCOUNT
How to ask us to delete your account, what is deleted, what your organization keeps, and how long it takes.
This covers your Radar account on useradar.com, app.useradar.com and the Radar apps for iOS and Android, which RadarDB, LLC publishes.
In the Radar app: Account > Delete account, then Email request. The email is filled in for you.
By email: write to support@useradar.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Radar account".
Radar accounts are set up by the organization you work with, such as an operator or a maintenance provider, so a person on our team handles each request. We confirm by email before anything is deleted.
Your Radar account and your sign-in, your name and email address, and your Radar Agent conversations. After that you can no longer sign in to Radar.
Aircraft records belong to your organization, which usually has to keep them for the life of the aircraft. The logbooks, entries and documents you uploaded for it stay with the organization. Where an entry names you because you signed it, that is part of the aircraft's record and stays too.
We finish the deletion within 30 days of confirming your request. Copies in our encrypted backups and error logs expire on their own within 90 days after that.
To access, correct or export your personal data, see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@useradar.com.
