QUESTIONS

Citation X interior questions

More on the type: Cessna Citation X price, specs, range and every tail number, super-midsize jets compared, private jet interiors by class.

How big is the Citation X cabin?

25 ft 2 in long, 5 ft 6 in wide and 5 ft 8 in high, with 104 cubic feet of baggage space, as the manufacturer publishes it for the Cessna Citation X+ (750, S/N 0501 and on). Cabin length is usually measured from the cockpit divider to the aft pressure bulkhead or baggage door, so it includes the galley and lavatory.

Can you stand up in a Citation X?

Not fully upright. At 5 ft 8 in the Citation X cabin is 4 in short of 6 ft, so most adults stoop to move about; seated, there is room to work and sleep.

How many seats does a Citation X have?

The Citation X is published for up to 12 passengers. A typical executive completion seats 8, arranged as a club of four facing seats and two club seats facing a divan. Owners choose their own completion, so a given aircraft may seat fewer in larger seats or carry a divan that converts to a bed.

Does the Citation X have a bathroom?

Yes. The typical layout has aft lavatory and a forward galley.

What does the Citation X seat map look like?

Typical 8-passenger layout: two clubs of four, forward galley, aft lavatory and separate baggage hold. This page shows 2 seat maps: switch between them above the comparison. Every aircraft is completed to its owner's order, so these are representative layouts, not any one aircraft's.

How does the Citation X cabin compare with the Citation Longitude?

The Citation X cabin is 11 in narrower than the Citation Longitude's, 4 in lower and about the same length (5 ft 8 in high, 5 ft 6 in wide, 25 ft 2 in long against 6 ft, 6 ft 5 in, 25 ft 2 in).

Is the 3D Citation X cabin the real interior?

It is Radar's illustration of the type, built from the published cabin length, width and height with a representative 9-seat layout for its size. Seats, materials and monuments differ from aircraft to aircraft. No manufacturer artwork, photographs or logos are used.
